Can I check my E-mail while I am off Campus?

You must have a computer with a access to the Internet to check your campus email from off campus.

Connect to the internet and open your web browser. In the address bar, enter the web address webmail.ozarks.edu/exchange. Do not type in www.webmail.ozarks.edu or just webmail.ozarks.edu -- these addresses will not work.

  1. As the page begins to load, you will be prompted to enter your authentication information.
  2. Enter your University-issued network logon id and password, then enter "labdom" in the box labeled "Domain" (see the image below).
  3. Do NOT check the box to save your password. Saving your password on a public computer terminal could lead to a security breach.

After you've entered your network logon id and password, you will be able to access your campus email inbox to read, delete, or send messages.

If your password has expired, you will NOT be able to reset it through the webmail interface. You'll need to follow the instructions in the FAQ "How Do I Change My Password." You cannot reset your Ozarks network password from any computer that is not a member of the University's network domain. Remember, if you're off campus, you'll need to call Computer Services at 479 979-1231 or send them an email request. Please do not use the Computer Services Help Request Form to submit password reset requests -- Computer Services cannot verify the identify of the person making the request.
